01 Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account, or by accessing or using the service, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, do not use Namoony.
02 The service
Namoony is a spending-tracking tool that helps you organize the information contained in the receipts and expenses you choose to entrust to it. Among other things, the service can read receipt images, present spending data, calculate taxes, and let you view or export your data.
Namoony is not a financial institution, a banking service, or a financial, accounting or tax advisor. The information and calculations provided by the service are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.
03 Your account and your responsibilities
You are responsible for activities carried out from your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account, and notify us without delay of any unauthorized use you become aware of.
You must be at least 14 years old to use Namoony. If you use the service on behalf of a household or an organization, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to do so.
04 Your data and shared households
You keep your rights to the content and information you submit. You grant us the permission needed to process them solely to provide, secure and improve the service, in accordance with our privacy policy.
In a shared household, the expenses and receipts submitted to that household can be seen by its members. You are responsible for adding only people with whom you agree to share this information, and for submitting only content you are authorized to share.
05 Acceptable use
You agree to use Namoony lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:
- use the service to infringe the rights, privacy or safety of others;
- submit unlawful content or information you are not authorized to use;
- attempt to bypass security measures, or to access an account or data without authorization;
- disrupt the operation of the service or use it in a way likely to harm it.
06 Availability and evolution of the service
We strive to keep Namoony available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued, in particular for maintenance, security or product-evolution reasons.
You remain responsible for checking extracted information, categorizations and calculations before relying on them, especially when they are used to make financial, tax or administrative decisions.
07 Intellectual property
The service, its visual identity, texts, features and other elements are protected by applicable laws. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use Namoony for your personal needs or those of your household.
08 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Namoony is provided “as is” and as available. We cannot be held liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service, nor for decisions made on the basis of the information it presents.
09 Suspension or termination
You may stop using Namoony at any time. We may suspend or close an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these terms are not being complied with, that the security of the service is compromised, or that the law requires it.
10 Changes to the terms
We may change these terms to reflect the evolution of the service or of applicable requirements. In the event of a material change, we will inform you by reasonable means. Continuing to use the service after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
